Bright yellow colour; fruity scent of pineapple, or even lemon in its youth; the fruitiness of the Arvine and the robust structure of the Chardonnay Chardonnay; flavours of almond, spices, toast, beeswax with a slight bitterness on the finish, long-lasting aromas on the palate. A complex, powerful wine that just needs to age for a few years.
