Château Beauséjour has been recognised since the beginning of the Saint-Émilion classification. This Premier Grand Cru Classé of the famous appellation located on the right bank of Bordeaux has been a family property since 1847, owned by the Duffau-Lagarosse family. The vineyard This 7-hectare jewel is rooted in the Saint-Emilion hillside. The 40 year old vines are planted on a mosaic of soils made up of clay-limestone over asteriated limestone. The vineyard is managed according to traditional methods and is mostly cared for by hand.
