La Verrière Blanc 2022 Château Carbonneau Sainte Foy Côtes de Bordeaux

Cold maceration for 3 days to extract pre-fermentation fruit. The grapes are then destemmed/crushed. Fermentation is carried out at low temperature (16°C) with indigenous yeasts. The lees are stirred for 30 days to give body and complexity. Aged for 1 year in demi-muids.
