Remarks

Typical Savoie grape varieties, the vines are over 20 years old on limestone scree slopes. The grapes are harvested and sorted manually. Then the wine is aged partly in oak barrels. The tannins are supple, the aromas are fruity, notes of black cherries and slightly peppery.
