Trinch 2021 Domaine Breton AOC Bourgueil

Harvested by hand, carefully sorted into 20 kg boxes. The grapes are destemmed, then macerated for 18 days at low temperature in order to extract the early aromas, with indigenous yeasts. Wooden vat until spring, bottled in April with a slight protection of sulphur and sometimes. The cuvée Trinch is a classic bourgueil with present tannins and aromas of red fruits.
