Taste

Vedett Extra White has a deliciously toned and amazingly refreshing taste, highlighted by notes of orange peel and coriander, a soft bitterness (owed to the yeast) and a drying finish.

Remarks

When serving Vedett Extra White, it is recommended to stir the bottom of the bottle so that the natural yeast deposited on the bottom can detach and spread evenly in the liquid. This deposit contributes to the formation of a beautiful naturally cloudy robe.
