Nose

Big citrus fruit, floral hops, and sticky caramel.

Taste

A sticky mouthfeel, a malty middle, and unctuous hop flavors with a surprisingly smooth finish.

Remarks

G'Knight is a tribute to Gordon Knight, a fellow Colorado craft beer pioneer and Vietnam veteran who died fighting a 2002 wild fire near our hometown Lyons.
