Nose

On the nose, it reveals a bouquet of fresh hops, sage, ginger, yeast and bread, with a fruity note like pineapple and apricot

Taste

Its taste is round and well-balanced with sweet, slightly bitter fruity notes of brioche. The yeast and discrete spices are clearly perceptible

Aspect

Very dark gold colour with orange hues. Slightly cloudy robe with a nice thick foam
