Château La Rose Figeac 2021 Pomerol
From 1938 onwards, Louis Rapin invested in vineyards in Montagne and Saint-Émilion (Château La Tour Figeac). In 1961, he bought his neighbor's vineyard in the Pomerol appellation, around which he grouped other parcels and renamed the estate Château La Rose Figeac. In 1972, by succession, Françoise Rapin, his daughter, and Gérard Despagne, his son-in-law, sons of a Saint-Emilion family that had been family for over three centuries (Château Grand Corbin-Despagne) took over part of the vineyards.
