Störtebeker Pilsener-Bier

Pilsener beer is a bottom-fermented, North German pilsner with 11.3% original wort. Alcohol content: 4.9% vol. Pilsner brewing malts give it its golden yellow color and light body. Cold fermentation with bottom-fermenting yeast produces the fine bubbles. Strong hopping with Select, Perle, Tradition, and Opal varieties gives it its apricot and herbal aroma and strong bitterness.
