Gouden Carolus Indulgence Symposium

Symposium is the 12th flavor offered under this label. Symposium, derived from the Greek word symposion (συμπόσιον), literally means "drinking together." Originally, the term referred to a convivial gathering where people came together to exchange ideas, debate, and savor the moment. This beer was born in the same spirit: a double fermentation achieved with yeasts from Gouden Carolus and Delirium Tremens, symbolizing the union of the two breweries.
