DOCK2 is a pure malt from Bordeaux: brewed, fermented, distilled in a local still distilled in a local still, and aged in barrels coming exclusively from from Bordeaux chateaux. This unique whisky has been elaborated from grown and malted in France. A 3 year maturation in barrels of Château Rieussec, located near Sauternes in Gironde, and a 6 months maturation in a freshly emptied barrel of this same castle from the same château, will structure and sublimate this 100% Made In Bordeaux In Bordeaux. Bottled without any cold filtration. Natural coloring.

Pairings and dishes

A perfect aperitif to start with. This whisky will go very well with shellfish such as a lobster au gratin. It will be a perfect companion for the moment of cheese, especially hard cheese (ewe's milk tomme for example). For dessert, a dark chocolate mousse will ideally accompany the sweetness of this whisky.
