A strong beer, refermented in the bottle and unpasteurised, this is the flagship of the Caulier brewery. Brewed over the last 20 years with our own yeast strain, this beer is very low in sugar.

Nose

Yeasty nose. Strong and slightly lemony.

Taste

Yeasty taste, super dry and refreshing beer with a low sweetness. Slight bitterness.
