Taste carefully to uncover a fruity grapefruit and ginger flavour with a hint of Muscat grapes. Let it pleasantly surprise you with its wholehearted body and its finish sublimating the encounter between brewery and winery cultures.

Remarks

It’s a magnificent blend of 90% 18 month-old mild Lambic, 5% year-old strong 3 beer and 5% very young Lambic, providing it with the fermentable sugars and wild yeasts.
