Remarks

Several years ago, consumers Kriek received at the pub with two sugars consumption and "stoemper" placed on a small saucer. This small iron instrument used to crush sugar in the glass of Kriek. The client therefore had the opportunity to sweeten its natural Kriek and remove acidity.
