Nose

Soft base of caramel and candy. Dark dried fruit. A hint of sweet apple. Alcoholic. Pronounced spicy (licorice, star anise).

Taste

Caramel sweet attack. Raisins, dried figs. Full. Somewhat sweet and quite spicy aftertaste with a soft bitterness. Alcohol sweet, but not sticky.

Remarks

This beer is brewed especially for Christmas. You can taste Christmas from the first sip.
