Nose

Layers of red summer berries and lemon zest fill the nose, underlying the bouquet of a flourishing herb garden.

Taste

Strawberries, sloe berries and a hint of cranberry. The jammy fruit character is complimented the by herbal and citrusy notes of lemon thyme finishes of with the oak tannins.

A 50/50 blend of barrel aged and fresh imperial goses, brewed with sloe berries and lemon thyme.
