Nose

It offers a very nice palette of fragrances, slightly yeasty with citrus fruits, more specifically lemon, cilantro, banana, spices and wheat

Taste

Fairly dry and yeasty, its bitterness is versatile, with fruity notes completed by a subtle almond taste

Aspect

It displays a nice pale yellow robe, cloudy due to the high wheat content, with light orange hues and an excellent and long-lasting foam
