Nose

It immediately develops strong maturity in the nose, with the fruitiness typical of Schaerbeek cherries

Taste

It gets tougher in the mouth revealing the cherry pulp and stone. It brings out a rather natural roundness without submerging its Lambics but fairly surrounding them like the protocol round a Queen’s royal household. It leaves a marvellous souvenir on the palate reminiscent of our ancestors' kriek
