Mexican lager, which means light & dry. It is brewed with flaked corn and sugar to keep the body and flavor light. It uses a small amount of "tetra" hop which is preisomerized. This prevents the skunking of normal hops, so we can put it in clear glass!

Light to medium sweetness, very low bitter"&"ness, no linger, Thin body, mouth watering, medium carbonation level

Very pale straw (almost no color), completely bright, medium amount of white foam
