Green-gold colour. Honest and open on the nose, with notes of white flowers (acacia and honeysuckle). On the palate, the wine is robust, delicious and fruity (white pears, peaches), with delicate mineral notes on the finish.
Pairs well with fish and white meat, either grilled or in a creamy sauce. It also goes nicely with fattier dishes such as salmon or foie gras.
