"Château Fleur Cardinale 2020 has a deep, very brilliant purple colour with purple tints. On the nose, the wine reveals multi-faceted fruit of great aromatic purity. The attack is strong and dense and leaves place quickly to a splendid palate: the mid-palate is remarkably well constructed, revealing a precise fruit, expressing at the same time a controlled aromatic power, and a delicate touch on the palate. The subtlety this year comes from the mixed wood and amphora ageing, which is very discreet, offering tannins of incredible quality and conferring great elegance on the whole. The wine is both fleshy and very fine, and stretches on endlessly. This vintage will offer wine lovers an admirable ageing potential."
