Rich ruby with violet reflections. Pleasing, almost beguiling nose with notes of cassis, ripe cherries, some vanilla, nougat and dried herbs. Very supple and medium-dense on the palate, with light aromas of ripe berries, sour cherries, fine wood and warm spices. The finely polished tannins and the long finish make the Villa Antinori a "little Supertuscan".
