Pairings and dishes

PREPARATION COCKTAIL : 60 ml aperitif, 90 ml sparkling wine, 30 ml sparkling mineral water, ice and an orange slice. Or for a lighter version: 1 part aperitif, 1 part tonic water, ice and an orange slice—Cheers!
