Remarks

Ideal as a cocktail, like the Espresso Martini: 4cl Coffee Liqueur, 1 espresso, 2cl sugar syrup from cane in a shaker filled with ice cubes. After shaking vigorously, pour into a wide-mouthed Martini glass and garnish the foam with a few coffee beans.
