STINGER - 2 ounces Ortolan Azur - 1 ounce white crème de menthe 1. Add the Ortolan Azur and white crème de menthe into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. 2. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
Very fresh, floral nose, with a hint of lemon. Develops a spicy edge on the palate that evolves into a citrus and white pepper finish.
