Nose

Gentle notes of fruit

Taste

In the mouth, rum notes and the enveloping aroma of molasses emerge and evolve into balanced hints of dried fruit preserved in alcohol, with a touch of freshness at the end.

Remarks

Friendship and vision are at the origin of this beer. Teo and Luca Gargano are both considered visionaries. Teo thought of the beer, while Luca made it possible with his precious barrels.

Aspect

Xyauyù Barrel 2018 has a clear color, reminiscent of a classic “monk’s tunic”, and has no head and no carbonation.
