Nose

The scents are pleasantly citrusy and subtle aromas of spices gradually intensify as the beer becomes warmer.

Taste

A beautiful harmony of cereals and citrus fruits, which blend creating a delicate flowery and spicy balance. The finish is slightly herbaceous and leaves a faint peppery note.

Remarks

In 1997 Teo has his first son, named Isaac. Joy turns into creativity and Teo dedicates a new beer to the baby that bears his name. Isaac becomes one of the cornerstones of Baladin and the first italian craft Blanche that still serves as reference in the field of style.

Aspect

A hay-yellow blanche with a slightly hazy and cloudy appearance and moderate, fine head.
