Nose

Aromas of red fruit, cherry pits and a hint of vanilla and oak

Taste

Slightly tart start followed by fruity and sweeter notes. Cherries play the leading role, supported by Brett and wood. Surprisingly dry finish.

Remarks

Aged beer that undergoes a positive flavour evolution in the bottle thanks to wild yeasts.
