Intense aroma with malt notes, citric aroma coming from orange peel and a touch of herbaceous coming from hops, confer a fresh sensation of this beer.

Taste

Fresh sensation. Long and nice aftertaste, soft feeling, bitter and full of citric memories.

Created by Ferran Adrià and his team to combine with Latin food.

Aspect

It amazes with its pale reddish color due to its touch of hibiscus (Jamaica flower). Its foam is compact and has an ivoryness white color.
