Nose

On the nose, the floral notes of chamomile stand out, closing with a pleasant hint of cereals.

Taste

The notes of malted cereals are well-balanced by the bitterness from the hops and orange peel. The finish reveals a long-lasting bitter flavor of gentian root.

Remarks

High fermentation non-alcoholic wheat beer, fermented with the low-calorie yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae to express the scent of flowers, combined with a bitter note of hops produced in Piozzo.

Aspect

Opalescent straw-yellow in color. The head is white, light and evanescent.
