Shore Leave is brewed to an approximate Original Gravity of 1.042 using five malted barley varieties. Three varieties of hops were added into the kettle during boiling the wort, whirlpooling and for dry- hopping. The wort is cooled and transferred to a fermentation vessel where it is fermented to an approximate Final Gravity of 1.009. The beer is then matured in tank before being filtered and packaged.
