Nose

Fruity notes of ripe plum and cocoa

Taste

Mellow flavour, powerful, full and long on the palate, spicy, slightly pungent and acrid

Remarks

Created shortly before the year 1950, it is the richest and most alcoholic beer of the Abbey of Rochefort. Also called "Wonder".

Dark mahogany, clear (with yeast), beige fleeting foam with good saturation
