Nose

Spices of liquorice along with some nutmeg. Sweet aromatics, cola-like flavors and brown sugar. Dried fruits like prune, raisin but also citrus.

Taste

Mildly sweet, gently bitter with a gentle minerality.

Remarks

Aged for about 1 year in rum, brandy and rye barrels

Aspect

Dark brown in color with a bit of haze & a small amount of light brown foam.
