Nose

Very heavy of the sweet aromatics! Caramel, vanilla, burnt sugar, chocolate, toffee followed with some brown sugar. Touch of oak character.

Taste

Mild salinity, intense sweetness that will linger long after drinking. Light bitterness that balances the sweetness a bit and a subtle minerality.

Remarks

Thick, a little carbonation, warming from the high alcohol, some astringency and moderately mouthwatering.

Aspect

Very dark black/opaque color with a small amount of brown foam that quickly collapses.
