Organic wine from the south of the Médoc produced by Sophie and David Faure and made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 80%, Merlot 20%. The vines are located in the commune of Labarde and Arsac between Châteaux Monbrison and Château Giscours.
Roast meat. Lamb from Pauillac, duck fillet with foie gras, veal blanquette with morels. Pigeon with bacon and mushroom. Game type deer or boar on the most powerful vintages. Hard cheeses, "Comté" "Gruyère", sheep cheese, "Saint Nectaire", Fresh goat. Possibly some chocolate desserts
