Clos Triguedina is derived from the Occitan "Me trigo de dina" and means It means "I can't wait to have dinner" in reference to the pilgrims of Saint Jacques de Compostelle who used to eat at the domain. Produced since 1830, this wine is the reflection of the family know-how passed down for seven generations.
A young vintage will accompany foie gras, red meat in sauce and game. An older vintage will go perfectly with truffles, grilled red and white meats, game and cheese.
