We find the taste of the wines of yesteryear, with an expression 100% Fromenteau (champenois name of Pinot Gris). This copper-skinned grape variety, once very present in Aube, made so-called "grey" wines. Rich, silky and ample, Fromenteau, very rare today, gives a golden juice with notes of forgotten fruits. In line with the non-dosed single varietals, dear to the Drappier family, this Trop m'en Faut naturally imposed itself in Brut Nature. Pale gold color, yellow. Notes of ripe mirabelle plum, tension of the effervescence softened by notes of acacia honey.
