Remarks
Cédratine Sour: In a shaker, pour 5 cl Cédratine, 2 cl lemon juice, 1.5 cl cane sugar syrup, 1 egg white, and 3 dashes of angostura bitters. Shake for 10 seconds, then add 8–10 ice cubes and shake again for 15 seconds. Strain into a pre-chilled glass.
