The Sidecar. Originally from New Orleans, this dry, tangy cocktail is made here with Armagnac, orange liqueur and fresh lemon juice. - 3cl Ortolan de Gueules - 2cl orange liqueur - 1cl lemon juice, freshly squeezed Mix in a shaker and serve with a twist of lemon.

Remarks

Pleasant spicy nose with notes of clove, nutmeg and pepper. After a fruity, pastry-like attack, which evolves into notes of nuts, the long, fresh finish adds a mentholated note.
