Nose

In the nose there are surprising impressions of spices, vanilla and slightly burned wood.

Taste

A rather smooth beer with a hint of sourness recalling wine. Harmonious and balanced yet very distinctive palate.

Remarks

First brewed in 2007. One of the very few beers combining beer taste with wine aromas! One of the two finest beers of the Dubuisson Brewery with the best rankings on specialised websites.

Aspect

Dark amber beer, hazy because of its second fermentation in the bottle.
