New England IPA is a top-fermented ale with 16.8% original wort. 6.8% alcohol by volume. Barley malts and oat flakes give it its straw-yellow color and strong cloudiness. Top-fermented yeast provides the fine carbonation. The Idaho 7, Citra, Krush, and Simcoe hop varieties create intense notes of tropical fruits, grapefruit, and berries.
