A powerful and concentrated wine, with elegant and melted tannins and a beautiful acidity which gives it all its freshness. All of these characteristics make this Cornalin a velvety, rich and greedy wine.
To be served with tasty meats, from grilled meat (beef or lamb) to (beef or lamb), game birds, medallions of venison or stag, and game birds, venison or deer medallions), as well as country-style terrines or marinated meats. It also goes well with a cheese platter (semi-hard cheese).
