It is a prestigious cuvée with Grenache from a vine planted in 1905 by my great-grandfather, on the famous Crau plateau. The yield is low (about 20 HL/HA). The wine is round, suave, with a lot of depth and density.
Gourmet dishes with red meats and complex sauces
The date of the harvest is decided every day and on each plot. The tasting of the grapes is done every day, weekends included, to harvest each vine at full maturity and without excess.
