GRAPES: Blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret & Garanoir TERROIR: Relatively deep limestone soil, at the bottom of the slope, from colluvium and slightly stony. VINIFICATION: Once phenolic maturity is reached, the red grapes are destemmed and macerate for several weeks in order to extract the aromas, color and tannins from the skin. After alcoholic fermentation, the grapes are pressed and aged in vats until bottling. TASTING NOTES: Intense color with purplish nuances. Aromas of red fruits and spicy notes make it a subtle and complex bouquet. On the palate, the attack is crisp, the tannins discreetly well integrated and the fruit accompanies us until the finish.
