Pairings and dishes

The beginning is smooth, the mouthfeel refined and pleasant. The red berry aromas are completed with hints of oak and spice. The tannins are silky and blend in the freshness of this red wine.

Remarks

Our Gamay grapes are grown exclusively on in the vineyards of Epesses - Crêt-Bailli. Fifteen days of maceration after fermentation procure the structure and the colour of our Gamay. The further finishing in french barriques will help the wine to develop more. In the nose the fragrance of fresh berries dominates.
