It accompanies well strong cheese (Munster, Maroilles cheese) as well as calf and pork.

Nose

Intense and dominant flavours: Slightly malted, hops. Note: with yeast, fruity. Taste: slightly sweet and fruity. Flavours: sweet and rather fruity.

Taste

Bitterness: light and persistent. Flavour intensity: velvety. Texture: thirst-quenching, refreshing.

Remarks

Created in 1979, it made the Brewery famous. Silver Medal winner at the CGA Paris 2010 and at the Dublin Craft Beer Cup 07/2013

Aspect

White foam, good texture, good tights Fine and numerous bubbles. Clear yellow. Brilliant transparency.
