This is how we make ... Honey Beer
Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, meats, pasta, dried and syrupy fruits, dry cakes.
It immediately releases scents of honey and a subtle aroma of yellow fruit, and then closes with notes of biscuits and delicate balsamic hints
It strikes with its sweetness and the balance between the notes of honey which are there, but are not cloying fruit and flowers, ranging from mature apricots to chamomile blossoms
Teo realized his dream of brewing a honey beer in the fall of 2006, thanks to his friend Andrea Paternoster from Mieli Thun, who provided the honey for the first trials. After several attempts, he chose heather honey, leading to the creation of Baladin's beer, initially called Erika, later renamed Mielika.
A beer with bright copper hues, a slight, homogeneous hazy appearance and with a moderate cream colored head.
