Nose

Strong tone of citrus fruits, mainly mandarin.

Taste

Strong body, intense aroma of citrus fruits and flowers, prominent and pleasant bitterness .

Remarks

Because it contains a great quantity of hops, we thus honour the farmers’ efforts. Innah, the daughter of Demeter the agriculture’s goddess.

Aspect

The foam recalls whipped cream, whereas the colour appears to be slightly veiled.
