La Colombe is the traditional wine of the winery. This wine is made from a selection of different parcels located in Féchy. In order to respect the nature of each terroir, the parcels are vinified separately and matured on lees. In the spring, the vats are blended to give birth to a wine that is generous yet quite dense. A wine for sharing, where the first sips call for the next.
